Anne Gaudette, Principal, has over 18 years experience in the ATM/debit card business working at both medium and large financial institutions.  Her background includes serving on various industry boards and banking committees, including the New England Debit Card Fraud Task Force and the NYCE Network's Advisory Committee.  She is currently a member of the New Hampshire Bankers Association and the Maine Bankers Association. Anne most recently spent five years as the Product Manager of the ATM/debit card program at a $6 billion commercial bank in Massachusetts before starting Durgin Hill Consulting.  While Product Manager, Anne increased the profit on the ATM/debit card program 46%, increased the ATM network's uptime percentage from 93.92% to 98.81%, and successfully managed the conversion of over 80,000 debit cards from Visa to MasterCard with no customer impact.
